  Hi, welcome to my website. Well, after a very interesting 2012 including a residency in France (leading to an article in Pastel Journal Feb. 2013 issue), and a very successful Zion Plein Air, I am now concentrating on some Texas work. In fact, the pastel painting “The Sea” was inspired by a plein air weekend at the Gulf of Mexico in Port Aransas, Texas, on a really churned up morning.  It has been juried into the 2nd Master Circle Exhibition in the IAPS Convention in Albuequerque, New Mexico, June 5 - 9, 2013.  I will also be receiving my Master Circle Gold Medallion there.  I am honored that my pastels have received this recognition.
